Luxury Private Driver & Bespoke Touring Services – Ireland
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Luxury Travel Ireland, a provider of luxury private driver, chauffeur, and bespoke touring experiences throughout Ireland.
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Our Services
We specialise in private chauffeur-driven journeys and bespoke touring experiences, curated to the individual preferences of our clients. Services may include day tours, multi-day itineraries, transfers, and tailored experiences.
All services are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a service booked online cannot be fulfilled, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours.
- Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings may be arranged online, by email, or through personalized consultation. To make a booking; the following process applies:
- Booking Deposit: A 25% deposit reserves your travel advisor and private driver-guide.
- Itinerary: Your tailor-made journey begins immediately.
- Any outstanding itinerary details to be confirmed ten (10) weeks prior to your tour date.
- You will receive an invoice for the final balance nine (9) weeks prior to your tour date.
- The final 75% payment is due eight (8) weeks prior to your tour date.
A booking is confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received. A booking confirmation email will be sent at this time.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are based on the exclusive use of a premium vehicle and the services of a professional driver-guide, inclusive of all related costs.
- Unless expressly arranged, admission fees, meals, accommodation, and other third-party expenses are not included in the prices displayed online.
- We offer convenient payment options including online payment, secure payment links, and wire transfer. All major credit cards are accepted, including AMEX.
- All prices displayed online or provided by quotation include applicable third-party transaction and booking fees—no additional charges apply.
- Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments
- Booking deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking.
- For tours booked greater eight (8) weeks prior to the tour date, we offer complimentary rescheduling within seven (7) days of receiving your booking confirmation, subject to availability.
- Refunds:
- Cancellations received greater than (56) days prior to your tour date will receive a 75% refund
- Cancellations received between forty-three (43) and fifty-six (56) days prior to your tour date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received between twenty-nine (29) and forty-two (42) days prior to your tour date will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations received fewer than twenty-eight (28) days prior to your tour date are non-refundable.
- Amendments: We will endeavour to accommodate booking amendments subject to availability. Any additional charges will be advised prior to confirmation. Should we be unable to accommodate a requested change, the cancellation policy detailed above will apply.
- Liability & Insurance
We carry all insurance coverage required by Irish law to ensure the highest standards of safety and service.
Please note that we do not provide travel insurance and recommend that clients arrange their own coverage to suit their individual needs.
- Luggage & Personal Belongings
For a seamless journey, please ensure your luggage is suited to the vehicle booked. Your luggage allowance will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email. If you anticipate exceeding the recommended allowance, please inform us immediately so we can make suitable arrangements for additional luggage requirements.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. While we take every care, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal effects.
- Delays, Weather & Force Majeure
While every effort is made to deliver services seamlessly, we cannot be held liable for delays or alterations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather events, road closures, or acts of God.
- Health, Safety & Comfort
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in booked services. Seatbelts must be worn at all times and we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service, without refund, where passenger conduct is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Privacy & Confidentiality
Privacy of our guests is of the utmost importance. We do not share or post any guest media for marketing purposes. Our driver-guides do not take or distribute personal media but are happy to capture private moments on your device upon request.
All personal data is processed in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
- Feedback & Complaints
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Should any aspect of your experience fall short of expectations, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
For formal feedback, please email [email protected] within 28 days of the completion of your tour, and we will respond within 7 days, ensuring your concerns are treated with the utmost care and attention.
